Since 2001 we have been involved in the creation of Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) and Visually Verified Montages (VVMs). Verified Views are created using a combination of real-world photography, survey data, 3D modelling and computer-generated images (CGI).
The process is defined by the Landscape Institute and the London View Framework which provides an image that is accurate, to scale and verifiable through our meticulous methodology and camera record documentation.
We partner with qualified Chartered Surveyors to complete the study. A detailed methodology is provided that describes our process and is suitable for submission as part of a Planning Application (TVIA) and Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
