Visualising the redevelopment of a Grade II-listed building on Regent Street.
Client: MSMR Architects
Glass Canvas were commissioned to visualise an exterior view that illustrated the completed works with the primary objective to help attract and engage residential and retail occupiers.
Built in 1924, Morley House forms two thirds of a Grade II listed block located on the east side of London's Regent Street and set within the conservation area.
MSMR appointed Glass Canvas to prepare a highly detailed exterior image illustrating the building once it had been converted from its current combined uses of retail and office space, to retail and residential use.
Using its vast experience in 3D photo-montage CGI production techniques and with only an original scaffold-covered building image to work with, our artists perfectly reproduced the retained Portland stone facades and the proposed enlarged and enhanced retail spaces within.
The building is being reconstructed and extended to provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three bed, including two penthouse duplex units.
