Below are the GC terms of use to help you understand your rights and our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations that came into force May 25th 2018.The information contained in this policy has been published to inform you of the way in which any personally identifiable and Personal Data you may provide, or GC collect from you, will be used. Collecting your Personal Data

GC may collect, obtain and use the following personal data (in relation to your professional/work position that we request or non-professional related data that you voluntarily supply) about you:

The Personal Data that GC solely intend to collect about you relates to your professional [company or business] contact details as either a client of, or a business of related interest to, Glass Canvas Productions Ltd.

Should you choose to provide non-professional contact details, GC shall consider this information strictly in the same regard and in equal measure of importance as your professional contact details.

Any Personal Data you supply to us directly either as a client, or via direct inquiry regarding our services, or from third party marketing services GC legally licence information from that can include, but may not be limited to include:

• Your title, first and last name
• Your company name, address and position within
• Your company email address
• Your company telephone, mobile/cell number

For authentication and tracking purposes GC use Google Analytics which is a service offered by Google that tracks and reports on our website traffic. The data that is saved to your computer serves exclusively for anonymous website reporting and server resource management. It may, optionally and with your permission be used to:

• Identify you upon your return to our website
• Increase the speed of your website searches

GC work with third-party service providers such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, and HubSpot that may store and use cookies in a variety of ways and means. The purposes of processing your Personal Data

GC collects Personal Data and other Data about you to allow it to understand its audience in more detail so that GC can provide you with updates and insights more relevant to your interests, and to improve its service by providing you with a better user experience.

The legal basis for processing your Personal Data

GC may process information that you provide to it for the purposes of

• Being a client of GC,
• An enquirer into GC services,
• Subscribing to GC email notifications, updates and newsletters
• Are of genuine interest to GC as a relevant prospective client of a professional nature ("notification data").
• The legal bases for this processing are Legitimate Interest (in accordance with Recital 47 of GDPR) and Contract.

GC may process anonymous data about your use of its website and services ("usage data"). The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data is third-party service providers e.g. Google Analytics. The legal basis for this processing is GCs legitimate business interests, namely the monitoring and improving of relevant communications directly or indirectly to you, its website content and services.

• To send you relevant correspondence about in-progress project work for which GC have a contract with you.

If you wish to reject such communication regarding our other services, GC will give you the option to terminate permission to contact you for these specific purposes.

GC will not hold your personal information or data for any longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy statement. GC will ensure that your personal data is disposed of when no longer needed to reduce the risk that it will become inaccurate, out of date or irrelevant.

Therefore, while GC strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, GC cannot guarantee its absolute security.

GC may at times provide carefully selected links on our website and newsletters to third party content relevant to your interests. These websites will have separate privacy policies, and GC therefore does not accept any responsibility for their content. As such, choosing to follow these links is a choice you make at your own risk and GC advises that you check these websites' individual privacy policies before submitting any Personal Data to them.

In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes by providing your consent, or GC will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes. To exercise such right, you may reply to any data GC send you, detailing your request that GC refrain from sending any further marketing correspondence, or you can exercise this same right by contacting us via email at privacy@glass-canvas.co.uk. Alternatively, you will always have the option to unsubscribe to any correspondence that GC send you.

Changes to our privacy policy

If at any time GC make a change to its privacy policy, GC will update this page to reflect such change. Where GC feel it appropriate, GC will notify you by email, however GC recommend you review this page periodically to ensure you continue to agree with its current privacy policy.
