We were commissioned to create a series of detailed CGIs for Thrive Living in Elstree — a thoughtfully designed later-living development by Coffey Architects for Retirement Villages Group (RVG).
Our visuals were used to support the planning process, stakeholder communications, and early-stage marketing efforts helping secure the necessary permissions for development.
Coffey Architects’ design responded sensitively to the site’s steep topography, prioritising green space and community interaction. We worked closely with their team to ensure the visualisations captured this careful balance of community and living.
