The Upper Grand Canal plans present valuable development potential to Jeddah’s growing cityscape. The design is created around people-focused spaces that are well-connected and integrated across spatial networks, land uses, and density.

We were commissioned by developers Roshn and a private client to produce a set of visualisations which highlighted the seven different districts in the area showcasing areas for hospitality, retail, business, recreation and entertainment.
