We collaborated with Orms to produce a series of CGIs for the proposed redevelopment of 1 St Martin’s Le Grand—an ambitious retrofit project in the City of London.

The scheme retains and reimagines a historic 1890s building, originally part of the General Post Office, transforming it into approximately 300,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace.

Our CGIs were instrumental in illustrating key interventions, including the reconfigured entrance and the integration of landscaped terraces and wellness amenities.

The scheme retains and reimagines a historic 1890s building, originally part of the General Post Office, transforming it into approximately 300,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace.

Our CGIs were instrumental in illustrating key interventions, including the reconfigured entrance and the integration of landscaped terraces and wellness amenities.

Our visualisations were to convey Orms' commitment to sustainability—retaining a vast majority of the existing structure—and highlighted the improved public realm adjacent to Postman’s Park.
