The site—an underused industrial area between Princess Street and Whitehouse Street—has been earmarked by Bristol City Council for residential-led, mixed-use regeneration. This proposal puts placemaking at its core, offering a dynamic blend of homes, green spaces, and community facilities.

We created 12 high-level CGIs to bring the masterplan to life, working closely with the team at Apsley House to ensure the details reflected the vision for the site. The cams chosen captured the relationship between new buildings, the public realm, and community use spaces, helping to communicate the design’s scale, character, and impact.
