We worked with Fairbank Investments on the restoration of Penistone’s Grade II listed Victorian railway coal drops. The proposal was for a mixed-use development featuring retail, a bar and restaurant, residential spaces, and offices.
To support the vision, we produced an exterior photomontage, an exterior CGI from the Pennine Trail, an interior CGI of the restaurant and a walkthrough visualisation.
