We were commissioned to create a series of 8 marketing images for the private sale of the plots set on the lakeside. The images were used for off-plan marketing purposes for buyer attraction so our task was to capture the essence of a realistic, lived-in development, to accurately represent life by the lakes.
The architecture combines "traditional form and materials with large feature glazing to create attractive and energy-efficient new homes."
The plots are large enough to accommodate additional structures which could be used as versatile recreation spaces, and additional acreage which offer sociable open-plan living space options so our artists worked carefully on views which demonstrated the plot's full potential.
