Hines engaged Foster + Partners, a world-renowned architecture firm, to design the masterplan for the development. Foster + Partners' vision was to create a mixed-use district that would be both environmentally and socially sustainable. 

The masterplan includes a mix of residential, office, retail, and leisure uses, as well as a significant amount of green space.

Foster + Partners placed a strong emphasis on community engagement throughout the design process. The firm held a series of public consultations to gather feedback from local residents and businesses. This feedback was used to inform the design of the masterplan, ensuring that it met the needs of the community.
