The development was to include residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, mosques, hotel districts, public spaces, leisure, and more.

We worked closely with the developers and their architect team to develop a deep understanding of the project vision.

One of the considerations of this project was the scale and complexity of the development. The concept needed to be comprehensive and detailed, and accurately reflect the vision of the developers. Another challenge was managing the extremely large data sets involved in the project.
