We were commissioned by the Galliard Apsley Partnership to produce a full suite of CGIs for College Gardens—a landmark city centre regeneration project and one of Glasgow’s most ambitious mixed-use neighbourhoods.
Located on a 7.5-acre derelict brownfield site, formerly used as a car park, the development sits between Collegelands and Bell Street, near the City Centre, Merchant City, and the evolving Carlton area to the east.
Our CGIs captured the client's enhanced placemaking vision with a strong focus on public realm improvements, integrated access and the creation of vibrant community spaces.
