This ambitious redesign project, spanning over 6,000 square meters in the heart of Carlisle, involved the creation of a new events space, the relocation of the war memorial, and extensive landscaping. Our CGI visualisations were essential for demonstrating the scale and complexity of the project, as well as communicating the rich history of Carlisle.
Carlisle is steeped in a rich history related to the Roman empire. The recent discovery of a rare archaeological object in Carlisle, thought to be the sole surviving example from the Roman Empire, has provided further evidence supporting the hypothesis that the building was associated with the Imperial Court of Emperor Septimius Severus.
This, along with the town’s Grade II listed monument and historic Crown & Mitre hotel, it was crucial that our visualisations accurately reflect and preserve the rich history of Carlisle.
