75 London Wall - 75 London Wall / Our Work / Glass Canvas

We worked with architects, Orms, for client, Castleforge, on the redevelopment of 75 London Wall in London.

Formerly the home of Deutsche Bank’s London HQ, the scheme, now owned by Castleforge, is being redesigned to increase from 320,000 sq ft to over 440,000 sq ft. The designs will also serve the public realm as a cultural gathering space, for the possibility of a public art and events location.

Our work started with producing design development concepts for the redevelopment of the scheme. Our artists gave support to Orms through the concept design and spatial coordination stages. We then produced a series of photo montages and CGIs that communicated the scheme into planning.

The work for this redevelopment is ongoing as they find a potential tenant who can activate the public realm and contribute to Destination City festivals, events, and creative wayfinding. Once completed the project has a development value in excess of £1 billion.
