Our artists developed a series of 7 distinct concept designs, each incorporating flexible design components. 

The concepts promoted a range of layout configurations for prospective commercial tenants and explored a variety of ways to utilise the building to demonstrate the potential of the premises.

Our aim was to create a sophisticated yet contemporary design that would appeal to the established, tech-forward clients intended for this space.
