We're proud to support the advancement of Squire & Partners plans for Reselton's £1.5bn Richmond Scheme.

In 2019, Squire & Partners reached out to us to create CGI animation video for the 22 acre scheme in a prominent riverside location within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, well known for its industrial heritage. 

Stag Brewery is one of the largest development sites within the borough, and the masterplan aims to cultivate a dynamic community hub in Mortlake, offering spaces for families to reside, work, and engage in social activities. 

Alongside 667 newly constructed private and affordable homes, the development will feature amenities such as a secondary school, a full-sized community football pitch, a cinema, a hotel, and a lively high street. This high street will be adorned with shops, bars, and restaurants, catering to both the new inhabitants and the existing local residents.
