Planning approval has been granted for a major refurbishment project at 75 London Wall. The project will add five new floors and 200,000 square feet of space to the existing building, using sustainable initiatives, aiming for high sustainability certifications. The project will also improve the public realm around the building to upgrade the streetscape and local community use.
